Biometric Data Notice & Consent
Version 2026-06-09-draft
What we process
The photo you upload contains faces. To place you into a scene while keeping your face exactly yours, our AI providers process facial imagery during generation. This may be considered "biometric data" under laws such as the Illinois Biometric Information Privacy Act (BIPA), Texas CUBI, and Washington HB 1493.
Written consent
Before any upload, we ask for your explicit, separate consent to this processing. By checking the consent box you provide a written release for us and our processors to use the facial data in your photo solely to create your requested images. You confirm every person in the photo has agreed, and that a parent or legal guardian consents for any minor.
Retention and destruction schedule
- Original uploaded photos are permanently deleted within 24 hours of upload.
- No face templates, embeddings, or geometry are stored — facial data exists only transiently during the single generation.
- Generated images are kept until you delete them or your account.
- Deleting your account permanently removes all stored photos immediately.
No sale, no profiting from biometrics
We never sell, lease, trade, or otherwise profit from biometric data, and we never use it for identification, advertising, or training. Our AI providers are contractually barred from retaining or training on your photos.
Withdrawing consent
Delete any photo or your whole account at any time from the Account page, or email support — destruction follows the schedule above.
